Derek Bachman

A unique breed of realtor, Derek has a formal background in design and architecture, which later drove him to succeed in a career in residential construction. He believes in understanding the whole project process from start to finish. Derek now gives his clients a powerful perspective on real estate, giving them a big advantage in a competitive market. 

He was born and raised in Vancouver but later studied green technology and sustainable living overseas in Australia, New Zealand, Europe and the USA. For the past 8 years, Victoria has been his loving home, building and renovating houses with many contractors. These valuable tools he has learned excel his career as a Realtor. He tirelessly dedicates his time, fascination and wisdom to helping clients achieve their goals and dreams in real estate.

An endless drive to achieve goals goes beyond work. Derek is an avid trail-running competitor and outrigger paddler. The science in health and nutrition remains one of Derek’s biggest passions; he may even humbly admit he holds a Masters in Nutrition.
