Michael Barnes grew up on his family’s farm in Southern Alberta,
where he developed a strong work ethic, patience, and a calm
demeanor—qualities that now serve him well as a Realtor.
In 2008, Michael moved to Victoria to earn a degree in Political Sciences and quickly fell in love with
the area. By 2016, he became a licensed Realtor and has been faithfully serving his clients ever
since.
Michael’s commitment to continuous learning has placed him among the top 10% of sales on the
Victoria Real Estate Board. He views real estate as a service-oriented profession, dedicated to
facilitating clients' wishes and guiding them through the process with expertise and care.
Through years of experience, Michael has honed his ability to anticipate needs, ensure clear
communication, and provide personalized service. These skills are invaluable when guiding clients
through major transitions, whether downsizing, relocating, or purchasing their first home. Michael
combines his professional and personal experience to ensure a smooth and comfortable process.
His no-pressure approach, coupled with his support and reassurance, allows clients to feel
confident throughout their journey.
Outside of real estate, Michael enjoys spending time in nature, playing sports, and being with
friends and family.
