Paulo Almeida

Hi, I’m Paulo Almeida, a 47-year-old real estate agent who’s also very passionate about fitness and health. Over the past six years, I’ve been somewhat involved in the real estate industry, primarily on the development side of things, and also hold a builder’s license. For me, customer service is of utmost importance, and I pride myself on providing my clients with an exceptional experience and going far and above the standard duty of care owed to them. 

Before becoming a realtor, I also owned a successful new and used patio furniture business for three years. During that time, I received a 5-star rating on the Facebook marketplace, which I used for most of my business, because of the outstanding customer service I provided. I have a proven track record of putting my client’s needs first, and I will do everything in my power to ensure their satisfaction.

One of my greatest achievements in life was winning the 2015 Mr Canada Bodybuilding Championships where I also obtained professional status as a bodybuilder. I strongly believe my background in bodybuilding has instilled in me a strong work ethic and a deep-seated passion for success and will apply that same level of dedication to my real estate career, working tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients. With what I believe is my keen eye for design and space layouts,  had a big impact on all the real estate projects that I was heavily involved in all pre-selling before completion, and I  owe that to the choice of finishings, attention to detail, and other design elements that I was involved in. I strongly believe I can leverage this skill to help new buyers envision themselves in their new homes and assist them in coming up with ideas and making any changes they want to make in which most new buyers would like to do to make it a place they can call home!
