Andy is a very experienced Realtor having obtained his agent’s license in 1964 and successfully completed the Urban Land Economics multi-year Diploma from UBC. This designated him as an FRI (Fellow of the Real Estate Institute) and a member of RI(BC), since abbreviated to RI. Experienced is an understatement; as Andy believes in life-long education.
Today, Andy is still enthusiastic and loves to meet his clients and cohorts. My goal is to assist people to acquire their dream home or to achieve the best price possible when selling. I’m a commercial agent as well and enjoy using my experience and innovative skills of negotiation.
We moved to Victoria from up-Island a decade ago to be closer to family. My spouse, Susan (also a Member of the Real Estate Institute) and I have been partners for 58 years! We truly love our five Grandkids, especially those nearby, ranging from 27, 25, 15, 12, and 8 years old.
My motto comes from Winston Churchill, “Never, Never, Never, Quit” My hobbies include gardening and enjoyed taking numerous University courses such as genetics, oceanography, botany, conservation and climate change to name a few.
