After graduation in 2004 with a Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Jerad pursued Real Estate investments. He purchased and sold several properties as a private investor, attracting multiple offers each time he decided to sell. Each sale was generated within the first week on the market and provided a profit. After discovering his system worked for his personal properties, he wanted to help others sell their properties for the highest possible value in a short time frame.
His vast knowledge and experience in the Real Estate industry (since 2007) as well as 7 years post secondary education and managerial experience in fine dining restaurants has provided him with an excellent background in business communication, marketing, premium service and trend analysis.
