Gail Hewgill

My name is Gail Hewgill,  REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Oceanside Real Estate. Currently I live in Qualicum Beach, BC.  I have extensive knowledge of real estate in all areas of the mid-island of Vancouver Island, living and working here since 1987. 

Since becoming a REALTOR® in 2004, I have helped clients buy and sell properties in the mid-island from Comox Valley to Duncan - mainly in Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Comox, Nanoose Bay, Chemainus, Duncan, Bowser/Deep Bay and Nanaimo with a few farther away in Lake Cowichan, Port Alberni, Victoria and Campbell River and on several of the small islands. 

My professional career is dedicated to always keeping the best interests of my clients as my priority. Whether you are buying or selling, I work diligently to satisfy all your real estate needs.   And I love what I do for a living.  

My prior life experience helpful to my clients has come from being a landlord, both commercial and residential; hobby farming; personal homeownership; years of bookkeeping with my father who was a Chartered Accountant and even my years of teaching high school biology has helped my clients with plant identification in their backyard.
