Daniel is a focused, thorough, and assertive professional with a broad 30 year experiential background involving virtually every facet of the Real Estate industry as either principle or agent. He is knowledgeable and experienced in the areas of investment property sales, project marketing and land assembly, Real Estate development and project management, as well as transactions involving the acquisitions or dispositions of business properties.

He is further knowledgeable and experienced in tax matters related to the disposition of Small Business Corporations, corporate mergers and windups pursuant to Section 88 of the Income Tax Act, as well as the structuring of private placements via Offering Memorandum pursuant to the Securities Act of BC.

Daniel is a tactical and creative negotiator and problem solver who handles the objectives and goals of his clients like his own, and consistently strives to exceed their expectations.

Dan has been a resident of Victoria for over 35 years.
